Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via FedEx. During warmer months, heat-sensitive treats get a little extra TLC. Chocolate orders are packed with insulated thermal liners and frozen gel packs to help keep everything cool and delicious on the journey to your door.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During the cooler months, we ship Monday through Thursday. When temperatures rise, we typically ship Monday through Thursday to help heat-sensitive orders arrive safely.

Most FedEx packages arrive within two business days. Depending on what day of the week the order is placed, it could arrive anywhere between 3-7 days from time of order.

Ordering chocolate or another heat-sensitive treat? We’ll take a little extra care with the timing. If your order requires ice packs, we’ll calculate the transit time from our Arkansas facility and choose a ship date that allows your package to arrive in the same business week. This helps prevent your treats from spending the weekend in a warm carrier facility.

For example, a summer order headed to California may need several days in transit, so we would only ship it on Monday. If that order is placed on Tuesday or later, we’ll keep it safely with us and ship it the following Monday.

It may mean a few extra days before your order heads your way, but it helps give your treats the coolest trip possible!

All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Arkansas. Arkansas knows a thing or two about heat, so we take warm-weather shipping seriously! Heat-sensitive orders are carefully packed with insulated thermal liners and frozen gel packs, creating a little travel cooler for your chocolates and other temperature-sensitive treats.

We also adjust shipping days based on your destination to help your order arrive before the weekend. It may mean a few extra days before your order heads your way, but it helps give your treats the coolest trip possible!

Despite our best efforts, Mother Nature occasionally gets the upper hand. If your chocolate arrives melted, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll be happy to help make it right.

A little friendly advice: Keep an eye on your tracking information when temperatures are high. The sooner your package can make its way from the doorstep into the air conditioning, the happier your chocolate will be!

If you ordered later in the week, your treats may be hanging out with us for an extra day or two, especially during warm weather. We carefully time heat-sensitive shipments so they stay moving and avoid spending a weekend in a warm carrier facility.

It may mean a short wait before your order leaves our facility, but it gives your goodies a much cooler trip to your door.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.

To physical addresses in the lower 48 states in the United States of America.

Good news – you have plenty of time to enjoy them! When kept sealed and stored properly at room temperature, our chocolate products will stay fresh for over 12 months, and our non-chocolate items will stay fresh for 12 months. (Seasonal items may have a shorter Shelf Life).

For the best flavor and texture, always keep products tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

Chocolate products may be refrigerated, but we don’t recommend freezing them. Freezing can cause crystallization, which may affect the chocolate’s appearance, texture and flavor.

Non-chocolate items can be frozen. Popping them in the microwave on a cold winter day just might become  your new favorite snack!

For best results, keep your treats sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

Our pecans are grown in orchards throughout the southern United States and shelled in New Mexico before making their way to us. Most of our pecans are grown and shelled at Stahmanns Family Farms in New Mexico. They have been growing pecans for almost 100 years.

Our almonds are grown in sunny California before heading to Arkansas, where we turn them into some of your favorite Ozark Nut Roasters treats.

Cashews prefer a more tropical address! Since they aren’t commercially grown in the United States, ours are sourced from cashew-growing regions including India, Africa, Vietnam and Brazil.

There are plenty of ways to get your Ozark Nut Roasters fix!
