FAQS

How will my order ship?

We will ship your order via FedEx. During the warmer months, if chocolate is ordered, your products will be wrapped in insulated foil, and then surrounded by frozen ice packs.

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Thursday during the winter and Monday through Wednesday during the warmer months. Orders take 24 hours to process. The majority of our FedEx packages arrive at their destination in 2 days. We recommend shipping to a physical address if possible. When shipping to a PO Box packages can take a week or longer to deliver.

If your order needs to be shipped with ice packs, we will determine the number of shipping days needed from our Arkansas facility, and then make sure that your order will arrive by Friday. For example, if we are shipping to California in the summer, we would only ship that order on Monday. Therefore, an order under these conditions received on a Tuesday or later would be shipped out the following Monday.

What is the shelf life of the gourmet nuts and treats?

All chocolate items will stay fresh for 12 or more months (if kept sealed/closed at room temperature).

All non-chocolate items will stay fresh for 9 – 12 months (if kept sealed/closed at room temperature).

Can your products be refrigerated or frozen?

We do not recommend freezing our chocolate products. This can cause crystallization which may result in a chalky appearance or a bitter-tasting nut. Chocolate items can be refrigerated.

Where do your Pecans come from?

Our pecans are shelled in Arkansas and New Mexico, but are grown in orchards all over the southern United States.

Where do your Almonds come from?

Our almonds are grown in California.

Where do your Cashews come from?

Cashews are not grown in the US. They are mainly grown in India, Africa, Vietnam, and Brazil. Our cashews are sourced from all of these areas.
